Terms

These terms apply to the website hey-albert.app, the list, the application at app.hey-albert.app and the Hey Albert app. The provider is Emma Rocket Ltd OOD, Sofia (see legal notice). Last updated: 19 September 2026. The Bulgarian version is legally binding.

What Albert is

Hey Albert is a family manager: appointments, rides, meals, tasks, school, documents and contracts in one place, with suggestions from Albert. Albert suggests and never acts alone. Every suggestion is a draft that a person checks.

Access and account

An account belongs to one person and is not shared. Sign-in by link in an email, with Apple or with Google. Whoever creates their own account is at least 16 years old. Children are created and invited by the adults of their household; they see and change their own space. The application currently runs in a test phase for invited families; scope and availability may change until launch.

Your content

What you enter stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, never for advertising, never to train models, never for sale. You can download everything as files at any time and delete the account in the app. Details in the privacy notice.

What Albert is not

Deadlines, amounts and assignments that Albert reads out of post are hints, not assurances. Check them before you act. Albert is not legal, tax or financial advice.

Prices

The app is obtained through the App Store; Apple's terms apply to purchase, billing and withdrawal. The three sizes and prices are on the start page. The test phase is free and may end; nobody is moved into a paid subscription without their own consent.

Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it in the test phase; we announce maintenance where possible. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Termination

You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription in the settings of your Apple device, delete the account in the app. We may end an account that is misused, for example to monitor other people against their will; we say so beforehand unless the harm to others allows no delay.

Law

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions of the country they live in apply in addition. Place of jurisdiction for businesses is Sofia. For consumers in the EU, Directive 2013/11/EU applies; we do not take part in proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.

Changes

If we change these terms, we say so by email at least four weeks in advance. Whoever disagrees can cancel until the effective date; otherwise the new terms apply from that date.
