Do the grandparents need an account?
Yes, a simple one: invitation by message, one tap, done. No password to remember. What they see is up to you.
What if Grandma prefers to call?
Then you enter the ride for her and Albert sends her a message in the morning with time and place. She does not have to operate anything.
Do grandparents count towards the household size?
As guests they do not. If they live in the house and should see everything, they count as members. The middle size covers up to twelve people.
