The family planner for several children where everything has exactly one owner
Two children, two schools, three clubs: Tuesday has four rides and a parents’ evening. Albert puts every person in their lane, every day in its column, and shows at once where two things collide. Every task and every ride has exactly one owner. Whatever has none stands out loudly until someone takes it. On Sunday at 19:00 Albert lays out what is open and the family decides at the table.
Four rides, one glance
Rides carry the car, the driver, the passengers and the checklist. If something overlaps, Albert shows it before you are in the car. Grandma Grete and the neighbour can take rides without seeing the whole app.
The Sunday round
Sunday, 19:00, the iPad in the middle. Eight steps, two of them belong to the children. What is open gets shared out. Afterwards everyone knows what their week is.
Tasks with names and tokens
Taking out the bins earns one token, mowing the lawn three. You set the values, the children tick things off themselves and see what they may wish for.
How many people fit into one household?
Up to five in the smallest size, up to twelve in the middle one, no limit in the large one. Grandparents and friends join as guests without seeing what they should not.
Can the children break anything?
No. Children only see and edit their own space and their tasks. Contracts, money and the safe are structurally out of reach for them, not just hidden.
We already have a family calendar. Why switch?
You do not have to switch. Albert reads Apple and Google calendars and writes back. What he adds is owners, rides as bundles, mail with deadlines and the Sunday round.
